Location is absolutely perfect for a long stay. It is near, a library, Wendy's Waffle House, Popeyes, Starbucks, Chic Filet, Aldis all in short walking distance. Also bus stop on a main roadway at the corner. Staff were very friendly and our bed was soft but comfortable. Property is older and room is small, but full refrigerator and a look like new cooktop. However there were absolutely no utensils at all in our room. We didn't need to use so maybe you have to ask for them, I am not sure. For the price and location a good deal.

So the room wasn't how we wanted, with a handicapped restroom. Didn't expect it to be like that, which we asked to get a room with a tub. Our baby only take baths so it had to be a room. It took quite a while, but we got into a great room. Our whole time there was very comfortable. Truly glad we were able to change our room from the handicapped one. Great front desk lady that helped us!!

Front desk staff was very nice and polite she felt our pain and was able to talk and laugh as well as pointing us in the direction of things to do in Orlando for my 50th birthday trip I checked in Friday night January 26th I forgot the front desk staff name but she did and excellent job that night
